How is the filter press cloth used?

The Filter Press Cloth is an accessory that is directly attached to the plate frame of the mud press. How many panels the machine has, we will use as many filter cloths. The plate frame filter cloth will be sewn larger than the plate frame to be able to completely seal the plate frame. The plate frame, after being inserted into the plate frame, will be pressed tightly thanks to the multi-screw mechanism and the hydraulic system.

Diluted sludge is pumped from the sludge tank, flowing into the plate frame, it will be penetrated through the membrane and led out, the sludge will be retained in the filter and the compression system. Push the press cylinder into mud cakes with high dryness. The water falls into the trough and flows to the tank.
