WHAT IS A PISTON PUMP?

The piston pump always acts as the heart of the system. The piston pump is responsible for performing the function of sucking the material supplied from the storage tank. Therefore, the supply of materials for equipment will ensure that the system operates stably and with high efficiency.

WORKING POSITION OF PISTON PUMP

Piston pump works based on the principle: Change the volume. That is, the process of sucking hydraulic fluid or pushing the fluid depends on the change of the working volume in the pump. It is made possible by reciprocating pistons inside the cylinder. The motor will be connected to the pump shaft.

In the pump compartment there will be pistons. The tip of the piston will rest on the inclined disc. When the engine rotates, the pump shaft rotates and pulls the pistons to rotate. At this time, the inclined disc will tilt at a fixed angle, causing the piston to reciprocate in the pump chamber. At the first half revolution, the pistons will move to create gaps that reduce pressure and draw inflow. The other half turn, the piston moves to reduce the pump volume, the hydraulic oil will be forced out. If the user wants to change the flow of the pump, just adjust the tilt angle of the tilt disc, very simple.

The pump working pressure can be adjusted in the range of 0-20 kg. The adjusted pressure will not be changed due to the change of pump discharge rate, it will be maintained, unaltered even if its sludge discharge is interrupted while the pump is running. (The flow variation should not exceed the maximum throughput, but the flow may be zero).

High pressure and high efficiency

The maximum pressure of the conventional model is 20 kg. At the same pressure (≥ 5 kg) and the same flow, this piston pump motor power is 1 to 2 models smaller than other pumps

Easy operation

Tighten or loosen the pressure regulating valve to adjust the pressure, then lock tight, no need to adjust in the future.
